Gnocchi with spinach and pine-nuts

Boil water and when boiled cook gnocchi 3 minutes or so as usual.
In the meantime, stem some spinach (or unfreeze about 2 Igloo cubes).
In a large pan fry a handful (30-50 grams) of pine nuts in a little bit of butter. When starting to color, add the spinach and mix till wilted. Throw in the cooked gnocchi and grate lots of cheese on top.
